CCIRA CONFERENCE
The Colorado Council of the International Reading Association conference is at the Marriott Denver Tech Center, 4900 Syracuse St. Denver, CO.  The theme is Literacy Renaissance: Invention, Intention, and Close Study

Meet me and other Colorado authors at the SCBWI table on Friday February 9th from 8-10am.  Join us for book giveaways, teacher guides and other fun freebies!

I am also participating in: 427 Speed-Dating with Colorado Authors and Illustrators on Friday February 9 from 2:45 - 4:45. From the conference brochure: You don’t have to live in New York or Edinburgh to write for children. Many children’s authors and illustrators live right here in the Rocky Mountains. Join us for rotating small group/round table adventures with these literary rock stars!
